Allergies and food intolerances
Of course, we will prepare special meals for you in case of allergies and food intolerances. Due to the higher purchase prices and the separate preparation of the gluten- and lactose-free dishes, we reserve the right to charge a surcharge. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Arrival and departure
The rooms and suites are available from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms and suites by 10:00 a.m. If you arrive after 6:00 p.m., we ask you to send us a short message.

Cancellation insurance
Life doesn’t always go according to plan. Therefore, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation terms
Something can happen before you start your journey. Please understand that we will not refund your deposit in the event of cancellation. For cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the holiday, there are no costs, for cancellations 30 to 15 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 50% of the total price. If you cancel your holiday less than 15 days before your arrival or cancel it early, we will charge you 90 percent of the total amount of your booked time off. 

Children’s rates
Our children’s discounts apply for children staying in their parents’ room with two full-paying guests.. Children up to 1.99 years stay free of charge. Children between 2 and 5 years of age are given a discount of 50% of the package price, children between 5 and 13.99 years of age receive a discount of 20%, and youth over 14 years of age receive a discount of 10%.

At our hotel in Nova Ponente/Deutschnofen, you can surf the internet free of charge using our free Wi-Fi.

Payment methods
You can pay your stay on site up to an amount of 4,999.00 euros in cash. According to current law, higher amounts can only be paid by bank transfer, credit card, or debit card. 

Pets
At the Hotel Regglbergerhof, we have a special place in our hearts for animals. We are happy to take your four-legged friend in our hotel after arrangements have been made. For the stay of your pet, we charge 20.00 euros per night, without food. We ask for your understanding that your little darling may not accompany you into the dining room or into the pool and sauna area. 

Short stay
For a short stay of up to 3 nights, we charge a surcharge.

Surcharge for single occupancy
For a single occupancy in a standard double room, we charge a surcharge of 20.00 euros per night. 

Tourist tax
In South Tyrol, tourists have to pay the tourist tax. This is 3,20 euro per night and traveller aged 14 and over. It is important to present a valid travel document (identity card or passport) for children under 14 years of age.
